Goodman of the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, where I analyzed and reviewed motions and letter requests in employment-related cases, breach of contract actions, and other civil matters; and then in Los Angeles County Superior Court, where I drafted opinions on demurrers; writs of mandate and attachment; and various motions, including for an appointment of a receiver, injunctive relief, and set-aside of a default judgment.
